Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian fans can rejoice as the former flames are rumoured to be coming back together as a family, after drifting apart.

Scott Disick, who is the father of three, has confessed his latest relationship status with Kourtney Kardashian on Snapchat.

Well, believe it or not, but with April fool's Day round the corner, the news has created quite an anticipation among the fans of this charming couple.

Scott Disick started dating Kourtney Kardashian in 2007. With plenty of good times, both of them officially broke-up in the month of July last year. The break up was due to Scott's struggle with alcohol. However, the parents of three wonderful kids, stayed close for their family, despite breaking-up.

The pair went through quite a few immense relationship speed breakers, including many fall-outs, a big family fight and a rejected wedding proposal. Despite, all the odds, the duo is determined to be friendly for the well-being of their three kids.

Proving all to be real, Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick posted a string of Snapchats, during their wait time in a studio.

Introduced as 'baby daddy Disick', Scott talking to the camera, in a mock yet serious tone, laughed out a gag on the couple coming back together again.As per reports, when he was asked about him and Kourtney coming together, Scott was heard saying that they will let their fans know. And they are always close, whether they are together or not.

Though, it was evident that Kourtney wasn't in conformity and she expressed an unambiguous 'no', with sheer hilarity in her tone of voice.

This hazy confession came, when the 32 year old spent the day with his former partner and children Reign, Penelope, Mason at Universal Studios.
