As per the latest updates, the three Kardashian sisters - Kim, Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian has been sued for $180 millions by Hillair Capital Management.

According to the reports, the suit petition filed by the investor on Monday, claim that they have spent up to 10 million dollars to help and promote the Kardashian beauty line. However, the Kardashians were to promote their brand on social media in exchange. The three sisters did not comply to their promise and the aforementioned behavior has been termed as "disgrace" to the reality starlet.

Greg Fayer, who is the lawyer on the side of the Hillair Capital Management, has expressed that the company's extremely disappointed with the behavior of the Kardashian sisters since they intended for a long term mutually beneficial business relationship with the trio. However, they are left with no choice but to file a suit against them to compensate their losses.

Hillair claims that the capital management firm did help the sisters with millions once they went belly up with financial issues. However, in spite of Hillair abiding by their end of the contract, the Kardashian sisters stopped promoting their brand and started browsing for new investors who could offer them with a more lucrative deal. As per the court documents obtained by Radar Online, the sisters were being sued for breach of contract, breach of covenant of good faith and fair dealing, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud.

On the other hand, Michael Kump, defense lawyer for the reality stars claimed that the law suit was filled with inappropriate and untrue events. As per reports and as confirmed by the defense lawyer, the Kardashians have suffered enormous loss in business due to the inept operational failures which occurred in the company. The complaint petition is simply to create leverage by hedge fund operators who took over the cosmetic brand of the Kardashians.
