Google Nexus is soon to add a new member to their family of mobile devices. If rumors are to be believed, Huawei is being roped in to introduce an enhanced version of Nexus 7.

Since no official word is out yet, Nexus fans have no choice but to take their information from rumors that are doing the rounds. The most recent buzz about Nexus 7 has it that the device will be unveiled at Google I/O conference scheduled in May this year.

Google Nexus 5X is currently available for a discounted price which means that a new product is in the offing sometime soon. Is it safe to say that slashed prices is paving way for Nexus 7 release? We will have to wait and watch. However, for now Google Nexus fans can buy their favorite handset for as low as $299.

Nexus 7 specs is rife with gossip and the device is expected to have promising design, features and technical specs. There are also reports that the tablet will be powered by Android N OS. Although it is not known what version does N represent, but it can either be Nougat or Nutella.

On the inside, Nexus is expected to have 3GB RAM with Snapdragon 810 processor. It will most likely come with a 4G support as well as Wi-Fi connectivity. While it is anticipated to have a QHD panel, it seems rather unlikely because Google wants to launch an affordable range of gadgets and these panels can be quite expensive.

According to Yibada, new Nexus 7 will have somewhat similar design to Google Pixel C. The display size will be 7 inches, sporting pixel resolution of 2560 x 1800. Fans that are waiting for the sure shot news must wait for an official announcement.
