Batman Vs Superman Looks like a Billion Dollar Movie, Suggest Advance Ticket Sales

Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice is all set to open with a bang, the question is just how loud this bang will be. The two most celebrated superheroes and their big-screen battle has already created enough buzz around the movie. Some fans even feel that the promos are revealing way more than it should, about the movie plot.

While the advance ticket sales look rather promising, the only thing that can put a damper on the potential high-grossing film of 2016 is poor reviews. Previous movie by Snyder, Man of Steel, started off pretty well but stalled at $668 Million at the global office following a mixed critical review.

So far, the title of highest grossing movie of the year belongs to 20th Century Fox's "Deadpool" that has amassed $708 Million worldwide, thanks to excellent critical reviews and word of mouth advertising.

"Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" is all set to release globally on March 25, which means that the studio will get a fairly clear picture about the movie's fate within the first week itself. Fans are expecting a lot from Dawn of Justice when it releases in a week from this Friday. The film will bring almost all the heroes from the Justice League and many other sequels are already in their planning stages, following this one.

While it doesn't look like a total flop as of this moment, even a lukewarm start will put studio's other ventures in question. The good news is, from the looks of it, the movie already has the makings of a billion-dollar mark with a possibility of a $350 million opening. So far, the movie has already sold $20-25 million in advance ticket sales.
