A rare date night dinner with her husband proved a double delight for a Washington woman. She found a rarer Quahog pearl in the dinner.

According to New York Post, Lindsay Hasz was dinning at Montalcino Ristorante Italiano in Issaquah when she found bit into the pearl. Not knowing what it was immediately, she thought she broke a tooth. Closer examination revealed it was too round and too perfect. She pocketed it.

Some research about the object led her to consider the possibility that it might be a pearl of value. Her skepticism notwithstanding, she took the object to a gemologist Ted Irwin.

Irwin reportedly told her that it was a Quahog, of rare quality. One in a couple million is of gem quality, he said according to The Huffington Post. The chances of finding a Quahog - two in a million.

Haz was elated that her find was of some value, $600 to be precise.

News of her find has also left owners of the restaurant elated. ABC News reported them saying they only serve their customers the 'finest'. Hoping for a repeat of Haz's success, customers are now ordering more of the dish, frutti di mare, which served the Quahog. As for Haz, she plans to string the pearl and wear for more luck!
