Selena Gomez Parties With Calvin Harris's Ex, Rita Ora; Did She Break Friendship With Taylor Swift?

Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez's friendship is being questioned again as the Same Old Love singer is again, seen partying with Calvin Harris' ex-girlfriend and Tay's rival.

A source from Hollywood Life said that the Selena was partying with Rita Ora and her pals including Samuel Krost at The Bazaar on January 16. This rumor was supported with Ora's snapchat video which shows the Love You Like A Love Song hitmaker dancing and having fun inside, what looks like, a hotel room.

This is not the first time that Gomez has been very open to the idea of partying even with Taylor Swift's rivals. She was seen rubbing elbows Katy Perry, who has some serious feud with Tay last year, as the two of them talked to A-list actor, Brad Pitt.

As for Taylor Swift, another report from Hollywood Life said that the Wildest Dreams songstress is completely okay with Selena's party moves and trusts her completely.

"Taylor trusts Selena 100 percent and knows that she would never ever betray her. Selena is the one who told Taylor that she had seen Rita with a group of friends. She has nothing to hide from Taylor and it's not like she actually planned the get together. Plus Taylor knows Selena would never be outright rude to anyone. This is why she loves Selena so much. She has a huge heart and treats everyone with respect," the source said.

Tay's cool behavior is also due to the fact that she feels at peace with her current relationship with Calvin Harris.

"Taylor is in such a good place with Calvin that the name Rita doesn't ruffle her feathers. What she and Calvin have is far more serious and involved than what he ever had with Rita."

It can be remembered that the Scottish DJ and Rita Ora dated for a year from 2013 to 2014. Months after the breakup, he started dating Swift.

The ex-couple had been very vocal about their breakup on Twitter at that time, IB Times recalled.

"To address speculation - myself and Rita ended our relationship some time ago. She is a beautiful, talented woman & I wish her all the best," the Scottish DJ once wrote in June 2014.

Rita Ora also confirmed the breakup rumors in a post saying, "I don't usually address speculation but I've had an incredible time w Calvin,& I will treasure the memories."
