Chris Brown Faces Battery Allegations From Brazilian Model

Chris Brown is alleged to have punched Brazilian model, Liziane Gutierrez, after the latter went inside his room at the Palms Casino Resort trying to get a picture of Breezy on Saturday morning.

In a report from TMZ via Daily Mail, Liziane Gutierrez, who also accused Jason Derulo last year of maltreating her, was seen with a black eye after an alleged altercation with the Loyal singer. In the reports, the model wants to take a picture of the singer using her phone camera. Breezy, however, took the phone from her but this did not stop Gutierrez from taking it back even when she was blocked by his security guards.

In the incident, she claimed to have been punched in the face and did not receive hospital care afterwards. Instead, she went to the police hours after.

"An altercation took place in the room over a cell phone when the victim went to take a picture of 26 year-old recording artist Chris Brown. The victim was alleged to have been battered by Brown, who at the same time took her cell phone," the police report said.

The report further said that the victim 'appeared to have minor injuries sustained as a result of a battery,' as mentioned in KTLA 5.

In their separate social media accounts, Brown and his manager, Mike G talked about the incident emphasizing the irrelevance and untruthfulness of the issue, Billboard said.

In an Instagram post on Sunday, the 26-year old musician wrote an angry message hinted to be aimed at Gutierrez.

"I'm going to be hella rich after all the lawsuits I file from these crazy individuals who keep lying on my name. Happy NEW YEAR! Time for some of us to grow the f--- up."

Mike G also decried networks and 'despicable outlets' who intensified the issue accusing them of committing 'yellow journalism.'
