Eddie Redmayne Is Going To Be A Father Soon
Eddie Redmayne and his wife Hannah Bagshawe will officially become parents soon as they are reportedly expecting a baby to be born in June next year.
A source from The Sun via Channel 24 said that Redmayne and his financial publicist wife are 'extremely excited' to have their first baby.
"Eddie and Hannah are delighted and extremely excited. They don't want to find out the sex of the baby but are happy to tell close friends and family they're expecting. It's been a year to remember for Eddie after getting married, winning an Oscar and now becoming a dad," the source said.
The news is said to have followed after the couple is busy house hunting in London earlier this year. It was previously learned that they stayed at Redmayne's parents in the first few months of their marriage.
The couple is last seen at the Los Angeles airport heading to the UK on Tuesday to celebrate their Christmas holidays. A jubilant expression written on their faces.
As for this month, the Oscar award winner has been the subject of much buzz as premier of intriguing, much-awaited film, The Danish Girl draws to a close.
Just Jared, for example, stated that the film has already been nominated for the SAG and Golden Globe.
In an interview, the actor, who won an award for last year's Theory of Everything, said that upon reading the script of The Danish Girl, the actor felt 'sucker-punched' in the complexity of his transvestite character Lili and his love for his painter wife, Gerda, NPR reported.
"I was given this script actually when I was making Les Misérables with Tom Hooper, the director, and I read this story and I was just completely sucker-punched by it. I found it the most profound love story about these two formidable women, and it was a story of courage and authenticity. And I kind of came running out of the trailer and I said to Tom, I was like, "I'd love to do it. Can we do it?" And that was about four years ago and finally the film is coming to light now. ..."
