Hunger Games Star Jennifer Lawrence Talks About Split With Nicholas Hoult; Desperate To Find A Nice Guy
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2, the last installment of this much-loved dystopian sci-fi series hit theaters this week. And as part of the promotions of the movie, Jennifer is in the limelight again with the media scrutinizing her controversial breakup with ex Nicholas Hoult.
During the interview for Vogue's December issue, JLaw shared that her breakup from then boyfriend-Nicholas Hoult happened during the last days of filming X-Men: Days of Future Past where she played Mystique's role, Vanity Fair reported.
These movies had been my life for so long and they had to come first in everything. I was also in a relationship with somebody for five years and that was my life. So my life was this person and these movies and we broke up around the same time that I wrapped those movies. Being 24 was this whole year of, 'Who am I without these movies? Who am I without this man?'" she said.
A year later after the breakup, the actress is seen dating Coldplay vocalist, Chris Martin however, the relationship did not last long.
Hoult is also rumored to find refuge in his Equals' co-star Kristen Stewart who also broke up with Robert Pattinson after her cheating scandal with Snow White and the Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders.
The two hit it off right there and started dating, Yibada recalled.
As for Lawrence's current dating status, she affirmed that she is single and has a hard time finding a nice guy she told Vogue as mentioned in Telegraph UK.
"No one ever asks me out. I am lonely every Saturday night. Guys are so mean to me. I know where it's coming from, I know they're trying to establish dominance, but it hurts my feelings. I'm just a girl who wants you to be nice to me... I feel like I need to meet a guy, with all due respect, who has been living in Baghdad for five years who has no idea who I am," she said.
The American actress, however, still did not lose her romantic said and admitted she still wanted to get married and have kids in the future.
"I can't wait to be married. I feel like if I find that one person who I want to spend the rest of my life with, who I want to be the father of my children, that I would absolutely not f--k it up."
