MacBook Pro Release Date, Specs and Rumors: How iPads Are Stealing the Spotlight

Just recently, Apple released OS X 10.11.1, updated version of El Capitan OS. Many authorized sellers of Apple are giving discounts up to $700 on their 15" variants of MacBook Pro. According to Apple Insider, 15" MacBook Pro with 16GB RAM, 512 GB HDD, 2.5 GHz Processor and 750M can be bought at the stores for $1799 for limited period of time. Apple recently released OS X 10.11.1, an update for the El Capitan operating system. An authorized Apple reseller releases a deal to take $700 off the 15" MacBook Pro, reported Latino Health.

Looking at an early launch of OS X and the newly released update that provides security upgrade and bug fixes from its earlier version and discounted earlier models, it is expected that the latest model of MacBook Pro will be unveiled sometime soon next year, as per Venture Capital Post. According to a report published by Taiwanese Publication, Economic Daily News, it was said that the reason behind delay in launch of much awaited MacBook Pro and Air is because Apple wants to focus on the release of iPad Pro. This new tablet by Apple is said to be so powerful that it can easily compete with the laptops in the same segment.

The newer Mac will have better battery life, bigger RAM and definitely more security. It will also come with built in Touch ID sensor to add an additional layer of safety to the device. As per the rumors, the laptop will be powered by Intel's Skylake U processes, reports Christian Today. The Intel processors is one of the most widespread rumors that has surrounded the release of MacBook Pro. The new processor would not only mean better battery life but also exhibit much sleeker design.
