There will be no rekindling between Jennifer Garner and her first husband, Scott Foley once she is officially divorced.

According to the rumors, Foley's wife, Marika Domińczyk, has banned the "Scandal" actor from ever contacting Garner, 43. The rumors claimed that Foley, 43, had promised Domińczyk when they got married in 2007 that he would never contact any of his exes.

"Scott and Marika have a very happy home relationship, and he's said from the get-go that he will never, ever make contact with any of his exes, least of all his ex-wife," a source said to RadarOnline. "There's no relationship, friendly or otherwise, between Scott and Jennifer now - and Marika would leave him in a heartbeat if he tried to change that, because to her it would be totally inappropriate."

Garner and Foley met on the set of "Felicity" in 1998 and were married in 2000. The couple announced their separation in 2003 and their divorce was finalized 2004. After the split, Garner had nothing but nice things to say about Foley.

"He's a really good guy, and we just imploded," Garner said. "We were full-on grown-ups, but looking back I'm aware we did not know what hit us."

Garner and Affleck, 43, started dating in 2004. They got married in 2005 and had three children together, Violet, Seraphina and Samuel.

Earlier this year in June, after months of divorce rumors, the couple announced that they would be splitting up. Since the announcement, Garner and Affleck have put on a very united front. The separated couple has been spotted running errands and spending time with their children together.

There were rumors their divorce was not going to be finalized because Garner was pregnant. These rumors, however, have died down. There were also rumors that the couple was trying to save their marriage via counseling but it does not seem like therapy worked.

Affleck has reportedly been leaning on his mother for support.
