Is Tupac Dead or Alive? Enigma Remains

Tupac (2pac) Shakur endures after his enigmatic death in numerous rumors, including one that suggests he faked his death and is alive.

Tupac reportedly died six days after receiving five gunshot wounds in Vegas on September 7 in 1996. The shooters were never caught and cops have said the mystery may never be solved. However, a news investigation into the murder claimed Orlando Anderson, member of Crips gang that Shakur had assaulted before his death, fired the shots.

Yet again, Shakur's death remains a mystery given the developments since it was reported. Fans have speculated the rapper faked his death as was his plan. A former cop too reportedly claimed Shakur paid millions to fake his death. Albums were released posthumously and rapped is known to have believed in a centuries old political ideology of faking death to confuse one's enemies.

As was reported earlier, the white Cadillac from which shooters sprayed the bullets was never found. Fans have also speculated that the FBI or other government agencies may have killed him.

While Tupac's killers were never caught, some speculate that Knight ordered the hit on him. Recently, former NWA manager claimed that Suge Knight had Tupac killed. However, a video emerged a few years ago showing Knight hinting that Tupac was not killed. So is he alive or dead?
