Fifty Shades Darker Update: Delay Expected; Movie To Be Released At A Later Date

Is ‘Fifty Shades Darker’ moving towards a fiasco or is it going to stimulate the interest of the viewers all over again? The answer to the much anticipated question is still up in the air and if the situation remains stagnant, chances are that fans might lose the grip of their excitement for the series.

The filming of the approaching installment of ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ was supposed to hit the theatres next year, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the final date of the sequel has been postponed. Ever since E.L James announced the second installment of the series, fans were unable to hold in their excitement for the approaching part. The news platforms were filled with speculations and in one way or the other, confirmed the rumor, satisfying the enthusiasts.

But what could possibly be the reason for the delay? Seems like the planning for the production process is not moving in an optimistic direction, as awaited. As for now, the movie should have stepped in the production phase, but seems like real condition is totally contradictory.

The reasons for the delay have not been acknowledged yet, however, if the production team is unable to decide for a revival strategy, it is possible that the speculated date for release will be shifted to a later time period. This can create a negative impact for the series’ lovers as they have been waiting for the second part since the release of ‘Fifty Shades of Grey”

One of the wondered reasons behind the delay is thought to be the modifications in the entire production team. A few weeks ago, the director of the latest installment was changed to James Foley and just recently a new script writer was also designated to carry on with the making of the movie.

The filming was supposed to commence at the end of September, but unfortunately the team has not yet selected the casting director to initiate the procedure. The protagonists are known, but there are still some slots left to be filled by the casting directors.
