Video: Child ISIS Jihadi Threatens To Behead Barack Obama

An ISIS jihadi propaganda video features a 10-year-old. He is holding a rocket-propelled grenade launcher and assures the U.S. President Barack Obama that he is "dreaming" by being hopeful that American soldiers will retake ISIS territories, reported the Daily Mail.

The jiz'yah, or religious tax must be paid up by the US to ISIS, commanded the boy. He said he would behead Obama, the "Dog of Rome" ---a direct reference to Vatican, the central point of Christianity.

"If you think your soldiers will enter the land of the Caliphate and pollute it with their filth, you're dreaming. Wake up from your sleep and pay the jiz' yah in submission before the swords of the caliphate reach you and cut your filthy head," said the kid, as he pointed his finger at the sky.

This was a threat featured at the end of a 10-minute propaganda video. There were other ISIS fighters in training, shown jumping through hoops, targeting various places to fire guns and diving over fire, according to Fox 17 News There was dramatic background music.

This video should not be "blown out of proportion" said Mark Drumbl, a professor at Washington and Lee Law School and author of Reimagining Child Soldiers in International Law and Policy. "Child soldiers appear in nearly any conflict. This is nothing that's necessarily new, the shock factor is largely because of ISIL's reputation of spectacular violence," he said, according to HNGN.
