It's all but officially confirmed that Microsoft will unveil the Surface Pro 4 on Tuesday at an event in New York City.
Surface Pro 4 is latest in the line of Surface tablets that in the recent years have garnered attention and respect. Though the specs have not been officially revealed, rumors before the product's launch indicate the new hybrid tablet will be powered by Intel's Skylake processors and sell with 12, 13 and 14-inches screens. The form factors of the tablets could remain the same due to some smart bezel design.
BGR reports that high-end models could be powered by as much as 16 GB of RAM. Importantly, the new generation of tablets is expected to work with previous generation accessories. The Surface Pro 4 will compete with Apple's iPad and Google's Pixel C.
There could be more than just Surface Pro 4 at Microsoft's event. According to PC World, Microsoft may debut two Lumia handsets; Lumia 950 and 950 X.
The event, called to showcase hardware for Windows 10, may also see Microsoft unveil its latest version of fitness tracking device - Band 2 and a less likely Surface Phone, IB Times reports. The event is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. ET and will be streamed live through Microsoft's website.
