Blake Shelton Miranda Lambert Updates: The Voice Coach 'In A Good Place' After Divorce
Blake Shelton has never felt much better after the divorce and is now currently keeping the goal to lose weight even without proper exercising.
In an interview on CMT Hot 20 Countdown on Saturday via E! Online, the country singer shared "I'm in a good place. I wasn't but I am now. It's amazing how quickly life can turn around for you. I've had some pretty cool things in recent times that've happened and I'm loving it."
He also commented about his apparent weight loss that happened after the divorce which he attributed to the tremendous energy he poured on his hobby, landscaping.
"I would like to sit here and tell you that I've been exercising, but I haven't been," he told the news outlet.
"I push-mow my lawn because I'm so stupid that, I mean, I've made enough money at this point, I could have a riding lawn mower or even better yet, just hire somebody to come mow my lawn. But it's like, you know, we had all this rain in Oklahoma, the first part of the year, like an unbelievable amount and one day, in the middle of crisis and chaos with my personal life, I walked out and I was just thinking, like, 'What's going on in my life? I mean, it's just so cra- what the hell is going on with my yard?!'" he continued.
It was in July 20 when The Voice coach and the 30-year old country singer shocked the public with their divorce announcement, Mail Online remembered.
"This is not the future we envisioned and it is with heavy heart that we move forward separately," they once said in their official statement.
Meanwhile, US Weekly said that both Blake and Miranda were 'heartbroken' and 'devastated' with their decision to divorce said to have 'happened so fast.'
