Scientist Claims He’s Found The Secret to Eternal Life

Anatoli Brouchkov, Head of the Geocryology Department at Moscow State, claims he has found the secret to eternal life. The 58 year old scientist injected himself with a 3.5 million year old bacteria and feels there is some considerable enhancement to his life. This ancient bacteria, Bacilius F was found in 2009 embedded in ancient permafrost in Yakutia, Siberia. This supposedly longevity bacteria remained alive in permafrost for millions of years. Brouchkov claims that post the injection, he has been feeling healthier and stronger than ever.

It has been reported that Prof Brouchkov told the Siberian Times: 'I started to work longer, I've never had a flu for the last two years. It wasn't quite a scientific experiment, so I cannot professionally describe the effects. But it was quite clear to me that I did not catch flu for two years. Perhaps there were some side-effects, but there should be some special medical equipment to spot them.'

Experiments with the bacteria on mice, plants, fruit flies and human blood cells show intriguing results in improving longevity, but academics cannot as such explain why this is. However, further experiments are needed to be done with the bacteria to determine how it slows down or defies ageing. As of now, the scientist is game to be a guinea pig in this pivotal experiment, and claims to have felt a difference in his being.
