‘Dance Moms’ Season 6 Cast Update: Abby Lee Miller Returning, New Dancers already Chosen?
It looks like dance coach Abby Lee Miller is returning to season six of Lifetime's reality TV show, "Dance Moms" after all.
Earlier rumors reported that Miller was on the fence about coming back for another season due to payment issues. However, it seems like everything has been settled. Miller has been spotted filming scenes for the new season. She also revealed that she has been a part of the network's search for new dancers to add to the cast.
The dance instructor, according to Yibada, uploaded pictures of the young dancers who have been auditioning for "Dance Moms." In one of the posts, fans quickly noticed Sarah Hunt, Brynn Rumfallo and Tea Adamson, who have guest starred in the previous seasons of the show. Haley Vrolijk is also expected to be added as a member of the cast as well.
The caption for the shot read, "Endless amounts of talents in this room. Hard decision... Who will make it?? #ALDC #ALDCLA #dancemoms #auditions #aldcalways."
Fans are speculating that the auditions are not really held for new dancers but rather for dancers who have already been on the show in the past.
Fans are also wondering who will be returning to season six. There have been several rumors that the show's star, Maddie Ziegler will not be coming back due to her busy schedule. The 12-year-old, who has starred in two of Sia's music videos ("Chandelier" and "Elastic Heart"), recently talked a lot about focusing on her acting career. She will be starring in Sia's movie, "Sister."
It is also unknown whether or not Ziegler's younger sister, Mackenzie, will return. Kendall Vertes and Kalani Hilliker, however, should be coming back for season. Reports are claiming that these two girls will be getting more airtime.
"Dance Moms" will premiere sometime next year. The network has not officially announced the cast members.
