Ellen DeGeneres, the famous talk show host, proved once again that she could be great at anything - even if it comes to playing "Anastasia Steele" in the "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie.

On Tuesday's episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show", the quirky comedienne surprised her audience saying she was the original pick for the movie adaptation of E.L. James' bestselling erotic novel "Fifty Shades of Grey."

"They're (the studio) acting like it's Dakota Johnson, but it's not. It's me. Because no one knows their way around a whip more than me," she joked.

DeGeneres goes on to tell the audience that she is extremely happy and proud to share that she is starring in "Fifty Shades of Grey." She calls it her "best work" and goes on to unleash a full trailer on the unsuspecting audience.

The aftermath? Hilarious!

DeGeneres had the whole trailer of "Fifty Shades of Grey" photoshopped, merging original dialogues with her quick comebacks and the result is absolute glee.

You can see DeGeneres pursing her lips, biting her finger ( a little too hard perhaps) while giving suggestive looks to Christian Grey and she even goes on to sing "Man-eater" by Daryl Hall and John Oats in the "piano scene."

The real Christian Grey would think this "Anastasia Steele" weird but DeGeneres pulls it off extremely well.

On a serious note, Universal Pictures released the second official trailer for "Fifty Shades of Grey" earlier this month along with two new posters.

There is more dancing, more dates and a few more steamy scenes but apart from that, everything is only borrowed from the previous trailer.

The new trailer also sees Beyonce's music making a reprise. The "Single Ladies" hitmaker's "haunted" is playing throughout the teaser and sets the mood for the footage.

The first trailer of "Fifty Shades of Grey" came out in July but was criticized for being aired at the wrong time on TV. Also, the trailer received mixed reactions from the audiences. Also, the trailer didn't meet expectation and got a moniker "Fifty Shades of Tame."

Universal Pictures has just released some new photos of the film's cast. Check out the latest pictures of Rita Ora, Marcia Gay Harden and Andrew Airlie, all as Grey's family members here.
