Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner Divorce Updates: Ex-Couple Spotted Enjoying a Night Out... Without Kids

In June 2015, Ben and Jen, both 43, announced their divorce, a day after their 10-year wedding anniversary. Since the split up announcement three months ago, the exes Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner were spotted having sushi dinner together with family at Nobu in Malibu, California at around 9 pm, reports ET. Their three kids were not present at the time.

According to an eyewitness, ET reportedly quotes that Ben and Jen drove together to the dinner and dined with family at the restaurant for nearly three hours. They left together too. While there were no instances of PDAs, the exes were seen getting along well together and having a good time. The dinner at Nobu Malibu was without their three kids, and the first of just the ex-couple together.

Earlier to this, the former couple together with their kids Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3, were spotted visiting the farmer's market over the weekend. Continuing to put their children first, they were seen spending quality time, cheerfully as a family.

After their divorce announcement, the grapevine was rife with rumors that the split up was probably in response to Ben's alleged affair with the couple's former nanny Christine Ouzounian. The rumors however have been strictly denied and nothing has been clearly established yet.

"Jen is doing well," a source close to the family told People. "She's still adjusting to a new normal, but seems more accepting of the separation."
