Who Will Inherit Whitney Houston's Millions After Bobbi Kristina's Death?

Now who on earth will receive Whitney Houston's estate after her daughter, Bobbi Kristina Brown's death?

And there is a lot of money that is left to be distributed. While she was the sole beneficiary of her mother's estate, Bobbi had got before her death just 10 percent of the fortune, as had been mentioned in Houston's will, according to lawfirmnewswire.

The attorney Bruce H. Gaynes points out that Brown was not supposed to get the entire legacy immediately. She was to receive 10 percent at the age of 21, 30 percent when she was 25 and the rest of it after turning 30.

"The terms of Houston's will are controlling, but in an estate of this magnitude, certain parties may try to litigate the matter in order to prove their entitlement to a portion of the estate," said Lisa McDevitt, a prominent estate planning attorney.

Houston's will states that if Brown "were to die unmarried, without children of her own, and had left no will and testament of her own, the estate would be divided among Whitney [Houston]'s living relatives".

So now it is clear that the money she did not inherit will be distributed among Houston's living relatives, according to step.

What about the 10 percent that Bobbi had already inherited? Usually her next of kin, ie her father Bobby Brown, would be entitled to receive it. If she had married Nick Gordon, he would have received just part of her estate.

The tricky part is that though the two called each other 'husband and wife', Bobby Brown's lawyer has confirmed they were not married.

Now did Bobbi herself write a will, which would dictate how her and Houston's estate would be distributed? It is not clear.
