Keeping Up With The Kardashians Updates: Kim Suing Sister Kylie Jenner For ‘Mimicking’ Her Style

Kim Kardashian cannot take it any longer and is suing her little sister, Kylie Jenner for mimicking her style and for being a threat to her reality star career.

In a report by Inquisitr, the 34-year old star has plans to sue the teenage for a whooping $15 Million for copying her style, sense of fashion and even her signature facial features.

"Kim is fed up with how much Kylie is making by mimicking her. She says she's entitled to at least 30 percent of those earnings. She's had her attorney draft papers. Kylie is essentially using her likeness without her permission - so Kim has no problem suing her," a source said.

However, Tyga's girlfriend would not back down with Kim's threats thinking it is 'ridiculous.'

It has previously been rumored that Kylie and Tyga may agree with the $10 million offer from Vivid Entertainment for a sex tape as the couple is said to be comfortable filming each other while doing their bedroom acts.

Releasing a sex tape is Kylie's key in having her own reality TV career like what Kim did years ago with her ex, Ray J.

Meanwhile, the 18-year old has also topped Kim in terms of sales for their newly-released apps.

Among the newly-released Kardashian sisters' apps, Kylie's app is considered the most downloaded app in iTunes with a total of 891,340 users already subscribed within the first 24 hours of its release, Tech Times said.

The apps sales is estimated to give the Kardashian family a huge sum of $32 million in the next 12 months.

Previously, Kylie claimed that she is the trendsetter in the family and it is not her but Kim who is copying her style, Hollywood Life said.

"Kylie is not copying Kim. In fact, she thinks Kim often copies her style! Kim is a mom and doesn't have her finger on the pulse of young people's style and fashion like she used to," a source from Hollywood Life said.
