Even as the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus pre-orders are peaking to touch record numbers, two Chinese men are going to extreme lengths to acquire Apple's brand new flagship units, trying to sell their kidneys in the black market, so that they can buy them.

The incident went out publicly when Wu, a man who tried the risky procedure, reported that one man was missing to the police in Nanjing, eastern China. His friend, Huang, had gone missing after his organ sale had been decided, according to the Daily Mail.

As the men had wanted to buy Apple's new flagship unit, the iPhone 6s, they had pre-ordered them, but soon found that they did not have enough money to buy them.

Huang then informed his friend that there was a trend in China that could help you exchange organs for iPhones. Some online searching through Chinese social networking sites helped them to hit a networking group that said that a kidney could sell for about 100,000 Yuan (about $15,700) to 200,000 Yuan (about $31,400).

So both the men phoned an agent, who told them to have themselves checked at a hospital, and then meet him. But he never came for the meeting. So Wu changed his mind, but Huang, was firm about selling his kidney for iPhone 6s. Wu contacted the cops, and so Huang escaped.

After that, the cops have not been able to contact him, according to hngn. He has just turned off his phone, and refuses to answer, say the police.
