Jennifer Aniston is reaching out to help Jennifer Garner manage her emotions after her divorce from Ben Affleck.

"They first met at the Oscars nearly 10 years ago and instantly bonded over being the two most famous Jennifers in the world at the time," an insider told RadarOnline. "They've always had time for each other so when Ben and Jen's marriage fell apart, she sent Jen flowers and a bottle of wine, telling her she was there for her."

"Jen [Garner] feels so overwhelmed at all the support she's been getting from some of the most powerful people in Hollywood," added the source. "She's been so brave and put up with so much, and it's very clear she's the most hands-on parent of the two. Jen [Aniston] has a lot of love for her."

Jennifer Aniston had her own set of heartbreak with her ex-husband Brad Pitt, who left her for Angelina Jolie in 2005. Still, the "Friends" actress is able to reach out and sympathise with Garner's troubles---mainly charges that Affleck had an affair with Christine Ouzounian, 29, who was the nanny of his children.

"Ben took responsibility for his relationship with their former nanny, Christine Ouzounian," a second insider recently told Radar. "The relationship had started after the couple had already split up, but Jen was humiliated when the relationship went public."

"Christine often complained to Ben that Jen was being overly critical of her work with their three kids," the insider revealed, according to designtrend. .

"Jen had felt that she was being unfairly attacked by Ben, and couldn't understand why at the time. They were trying to co-parent their kids but Ben was just being a real bear to deal with. Now she realizes what was really going on."

"Ben was truly sorry when he apologized to Jen," the second source claimed, "and she thought it was a very good step moving forward."
