Bobby Brown Speaks Out For First Time After Daughter Bobbi Kristina's Death
For the first time after his daughter's death, Bobby Brown has publicly spoken out his feelings and thoughts pertaining to his daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown and her untimely demise.
According to People, Brown spoke and his wife Alicia Etheredge spoke on the premier episode of The Real that airs Monday. Brown said the family had prayed for months but eventually had to accept Bobbi Kristina's death.
"I'm pretty sure her mother [Whitney Houston] was...had a part with like, 'Come on, let's get her up here' in the best way possible. She was not comfortable by herself I guess and she just called my daughter with her," he reportedly said according to E! News.
Bobbi Kristina Brown was found unconscious facedown in a bathtub at her Georgia home on January 31 this year. Medics later induced her into a coma to treat brain injury. The 22-year-old however died without regaining conscious on July 26.
"If I could have been there two days before, it wouldn't have gone down like that," Brown said on the show.
Though no criminal charges have been made by the police investigating the matter, the estate of Bobbi Kristina Brown has alleged in a $ 10-million lawsuit that her boyfriend Nick Gordon caused Bobbi Kristina's death. Gordon has denied the allegations.
