‘Dance Moms’ Cast Update: Producers bringing back Cathy Nesbitt-Stein?
Rumors that Cathy Nesbitt-Stein will be replacing Abby Lee Miller in season six of "Dance Moms" have been circulating the Internet over these past few weeks. Now, new reports are claiming that Miller's nemesis is in talks with the show's producers to return to reality TV show about young dancers and their moms. Nesbitt-Stein, however, will most likely not be replacing Miller.
In the past, Nesbitt-Stein, who owns Candy Apples, was not able to return to the show due to her busy schedule. Although her schedule is still packed, this time around, it seems like the producers are willing to work something out, especially since Nesbitt-Stein has voiced her desire to return to the show.
"Oh my gosh, in a heartbeat. If that's the direction that they wanted to go because then I know they have to film in Ohio," Nesbitt-Stein said. "I absolutely enjoy doing it. If they could do something that they could come back here I would definitely be interested participating with them."
Nesbitt-Stein and her daughter, Vivi-Anne, did not star in the second half of season five.
Other rumors are claiming Nesbitt-Stein and Vivi-Anne might have their own show, which will be very similar to "Dance Moms."
Miller's return, on the other hand, is still up in the air. Rumors were claiming that the dance teacher was on the fence about coming back for another season because the network was allegedly "a little in arrears with their payment."
Fans, however, believe that LifeTime will do whatever they can to get Miller back. The fans believe that without Miller, the show's ratings will plummet.
There is no premiere date for season six yet.
