The husband of Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi, who got famous for appearing on the reality TV show, "Jersey Shore," has been tied to the Ashley Madison hack.

According to US Weekly, Jionni LaVelle's email address showed up in the data that was dumped by the website's hackers, who call themselves the Impact Team. Since the website encourages married people or people in committed relationships to have affairs, the stability of Snooki's marriage could be severely jeopardized. Snooki and her husband, however, have not commented on the latest news.

Snooki and LaVelle got married in November 2014. They have two children together, Lorenzo, 2, and Giovanna, 10 months.

LaVelle is the latest famous person to be linked to the website. Josh Duggar, who was on TLC"s "19 Kids and Counting," was linked to owning two accounts on the site. "The Real Housewives of New York City" star Kristen Taekman's husband has also been associated with the site.

AshleyMadison, com, whose motto is "Life is short, have an affair," was hacked on July 15. Shortly after the security breach, the Impact Team threatened to release the personal information on the site's users if Avid Life Media did not take the website down.

In mid-August, the hackers uploaded information on 32 million AshleyMadison.com users onto the Internet. The data included names, email addresses, payment information and fantasies.

The Toronto police are investigating the hack. They announced that two suicides have been linked to the data dump.

"Your actions are illegal and will not be tolerated," Toronto police superintendent Bryce Evans said in a press conference on Monday, Aug. 24. "This is your wake-up call."

Avid Life Media is reportedly offering $500,000 Canadian dollars ($376,000 U.S.) to anyone who has information that can lead to the positive identification, arrest and prosecution of the hackers.
