Miley Cyrus Disses Taylor Swift's 'Bad Blood'; 'T**ties Are Worse Than Guns'
Miley Cyrus' recent comment about Taylor Swift's 'Bad Blood' made everyone speculating whether she is dissing Swiftie's star-studded video.
In a recent Marie Claire interview for the songstress' cover story, she made an offhand comment about the video that may start a new feud between the two, US Weekly reported.
"I don't get the violence revenge thing. That's supposed to be a good example? And I'm a bad role model because I'm running around with my titties out? I'm not sure how titties are worse than guns," the 22-year old singer told the magazine.
Swift's fans are quick to take their idol's side and pointed out an earlier LOLAWOLF's 'Bitch' video released on May which is thought to parody Swiftie's 'Bad Blood' as it contained a scene where Miley is aiming a fake gun at the other singer.
"Who's the badass bitch that nobody heard of?" Cyrus said.
In another report from US Weekly, a source defended the Wrecking Ball singer saying she's just being honest.
"The tone of what Miley said to Marie Claire was not meant to be insulting to Taylor. Miley was just being honest like she always is. She was saying she gets in trouble for showing her breasts and yet there is violence in another artist's video. She was making a point but there was no ill will towards Taylor and she doesn't hate her. She was not addressing Taylor herself, just the double standard of the video," the source said.
Meanwhile, a source close to Taylor Swift said that this is just another stunt from Miley who is known to be desperate to get a lot of attention, Hollywood Life said.
"Saying things like this is so typical of Miley. She is desperate for attention and will do anything to get it. It must kill Miley that Taylor has gotten so much attention for 'Bad Blood'. In Taylor's mind, Miley is just being jealous. She wants the spotlight on her and taking shots at Taylor is a good way to do it."
Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift are bound to meet at this year's MTV Video Music Awards with Miley hosting the show and Swiftie being nominated for the event.
Other artists nominated for this year's VMAs include Beyonce, Ed Sheeran, Kendrick Lamar and Bruno Mars, IB Times said.
