Nick Gordon Counters Allegations Of Causing Bobbi Kristina Brown's Death

Nick Gordon has hit back at his accusers who have levelled allegations of causing Bobbi Kristina Brown's wrongful death.

Gordon's counter through his legal representatives comes days after a civil lawsuit that was filed earlier, was amended. The lawsuit now claims that Gordon gave Bobbi a toxic cocktail of drugs the night she was found unconscious in a bathtub at her Georgia home.

Gordon's representatives claimed that the lawsuit is baseless and he would defend it.

"Nick has been heartbroken and destroyed over the loss of his love, and it's shameful that such baseless allegations have been presented publicly. Nick has engaged civil counsel and intends to defend the lawsuit vigorously and expose it for what it is: a fictitious assault against the person who loved Krissy most," IB Times quoted a statement from Gordon's representatives.

The civil lawsuit filed by Bobbi Kristina Brown's court-appointed legal conservator Bedelia C. Hargrove sued Gordon for $ 10 million and has alleged that he stole money from the deceased daughter of Whitney Houston when she was in coma. The lawsuit was modified last week to include the allegation of drugs.

Ever since she was found unconscious, Brown and Houston family have kept Gordon from visiting Bobbi Kristina. Despite his pleas made to the families, Gordon was not permitted to attend her funeral last month.
