Kim Kardashian Surprises New Orleans Fan In Her 21st Birthday
Kim Kardashian just got real and actually surprised her fan from New Orleans in her 21st birthday.
While on travel in New Orleans, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star managed to squeeze in her schedule the birthday of her biggest fan who appeared with the username, Myleeza Kardashian, E! Online reports.
The 34-year old reality TV star then posted a snap showing her and the birthday girl together on her special day.
"Happy Birthday @MyleezaKardash! I'm so thankful to spend your 21st birthday with you here in New Orleans! You have always been so real & supportive! Your tweets light up my day!!! Love you forever doll," she captioned the photo.
The birthday surprise started when Kim's avid follower posted how she admired the reality TV star.
"I asked was I her favorite and she said 'yes! Without a doubt! IM DEAD FOREVER." Kim's fan tweeted.
In a report from NY Mag, Myleeza also posted Tweets and videos showing how happy she is in her 21st birthday with her idol.
"NORTH WEST SUNG HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME ON FACETIME!!!!!!!"
She also posted a video clip showing a pair of trainers, said to be a gift from North West mom.

Myleez's happy moment got other fans jealous but Kim was quick to pacify them.
"Every doll is my favorite!!!! Love you guys soooo much!!!!" Kim said.
Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian slams fake pregnancy rumors by wearing a skin-tight dress while in New Orleans, Hollywood Life said.
In the photos from the publication, Kim Kardashian was seen with the baby pink mini dress while strolling the Nola streets.
