President Height: How Tall Is Your Favorite 2016 Presidential Candidate?

Even though people should vote for their presidential candidates based on what they stand for, physical appearance can be an influential factor. Ever since 1900, according to a 2008 New York Times article, the taller candidate has won 19 times whereas the shorter one has won only eight times.

On top of this chart, over the years, the media have also talked about the heights of the presidential candidates. Here is a list of the heights of the majority of the presidential candidates for 2016 as well as their campaign statements.

George Pataki, 6'5" - Republican
