Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner Divorce Update: Actor Denies Cheating on Nanny, Threatens Lawsuit

Ben Affleck is reportedly fuming over the new rumors that he is dating his children's nanny, Christine Ouzounian.

US Weekly, which is known for publishing tons of stories on celebrities, claimed that the 42-year-old Affleck started dating the much younger Ouzounian after he and Jennifer Garner announced their divorce. The 28-year-old nanny from the high-end Beverly Hills nanny agency was reportedly hired this spring.

"They would hang out without the kids. And they were very flirty," an anonymous source allegedly close to Ouzounian said to the tabloid magazine.

The magazine is also claiming that Garner, 43, fired the nanny after finding out that there might be something going on between Affleck and Ouzounian. Ouzounian, however, has remained in Affleck's life.

"She says Ben really, really likes her," the same unidentified friend said. "She's saying this is true love."

A rep for the "Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" actor has called the story "complete garbage and full of lies." The rep added, according to TMZ.com that Affleck is even "considering legal options."

OK! Online reported that the actor's rep stated, "The story is full of lies. You shouldn't be able to hide behind 'blind sources' and attempt to destroy families going through a difficult time. We are considering legal options."

Affleck and Garner announced their decision to split in June at around the same time as their 10-year anniversary. Ever since the announcement, Affleck and Garner have been seen numerous times with and without their wedding rings.

Rumors claim that the marriage fell apart due to Affleck's many vices, particularly gambling. Other stories believed that Affleck had cheated on Garner. Before their separation, Affleck and Garner were the subjects of divorce rumors numerous times throughout their marriage.

The two share three children, Violet, Seraphina and Samuel.
