George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin's proposed  18 CCTV cameras in their luxury villa at the  Thameside village is said to have been disapproved by his neighbors as it would violate everyone's privacy.

According to The Telegraph, the 54-year old actor seeks the town's permission to install a CCTV security system composed of up eight cameras on wooden poles in the grounds around his villa that has a net worth of £10 million home.

The cameras have the capacity to have wide ranging view as it can be tilted and or panned in all directions and are said to be a visual intrusion into the villages conservation area.

The Eye and Dunsden Parish Council, the organization initiating the complaint, meanwhile, proposed that the Clooneys should install another type of camera.

"A more appropriate security system could be achieved by a greater number of inward-facing, low-level cameras."

The actor's property in Thameside is said to be a 17th century property that stand amidst a four-acre island. This is bought last year after he married the human rights lawyer, Time said.

He has been busy supervising the renovation of this villa and is said to be excited to move in by summer.

Previously, it was said that George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin's arrival in the area had caused so much furor among residents.

Half the locals love having a celebrity in town, others think he's the worst neighbour you could have. The construction's been going on for months and will be lucky to finish before the year is out, a source said as reported by Design Trend.
