Bobbi Kristina Brown Latest News And Update: Best Friend Tara Reid Claims Gordon Abused Bobbi

One of Bobbi Kristina's friends, Alex Reid, has opened up about former's past one year before she was found unconscious. Reid's revelation suggests Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend Nick Gordon exerted enormous control on the 22-yeare old, which she resented.

According to E! News, Reid said 25-year old Gordon was the man of the house which he shared with Whitney Houston and her daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown. His influence on Bobbi only got stronger after Houston died in 2012. Though Bobbi Kristina loved Gordon, she shared her relationship troubles with Reid. Gordon had access to all credit cards and it was difficult for Bobbi to do anything without his approval.

Reid explains that she had not spoken out earlier about Bobbi Kristina Brown and Nick Gordon as her friend had her sworn to secrecy. She had tried to convince Bobbi to leave Gordon but Bobbi wouldn't listen as she did not blame Gordon for his temper. Reid also claimed that Bobbi Kristina told her about physical abuse she suffered at the hands of Gordon.

Hours before Bobbi Kristina was found unconscious January 31 this year, Reid claimed to have called her phone but received no reply.

In related news, NJ reports that Nick Gordon has put together a team of lawyers to defend him in a lawsuit filed by Bobbi Kristina Brown's legal conservator Bedilia Hargrove. The petition alleges that Gordon abused Bobbi Kristina and stole her money when she was in coma. Hargrove has claimed at least $ 10 million in damages.

Gordon's attorneys are reportedly trying to determine what happened on January 31 when rescue teams responded to a 911 call from Bobbi Kristina's Atlanta home she shared with Nick Gordon. The team is being led by Jose Baez, who helped Casey Anthony avoid conviction for the murder of her child.
