Chris Brown has reportedly filed for paternity documents in Houston, TMZ.com reported According to the paparazzi website, Brown is fed up with his baby momma, Nia Guzman, who has been demanding a lot of child support.

Back in March, Brown and his girlfriend at the time, Karrueche Tran, found out that he had a baby daughter named Royalty. Brown reportedly stepped up immediately and welcomed Royalty into his life while Tran decided that a baby, who was conceived when they were still together, would be too much drama for her. She broke up with him but congratulated him on becoming a father.

"For me, there comes a time where people have to grow up and start becoming more of an adult and taking responsibility, and I think this was just a blessing in disguise with my daughter," the singer had said to Ryan Seacrest last month. "I get a chance to like look at her and you know, teach her stuff, the right path, and also be a father in my daughter's life. Just to see the smile on her face, just to see the littlest things, it's emotional for me. So I just love that aspect of being able to be a father now."

Since the break up, Brown has reportedly been a doting father. However, Guzman's requests for more and more money have taken a toll on Brown's patience. Guzman is claiming that Brown pays her $2,500 a month. Brown, on the other hand, said that Guzman id demanding $15,000 per month, an amount that Brown does not believe is fair.

In order to resolve the issue, Brown wants a judge to create clear guidelines in regards to custody as well as child support.

Brown, who claims that the has been denied his rights to see Royalty, might even choose to fight Guzman for custody, which he would have the right to if he is indeed the father.
