Khloe Kardashian Instagram's sensitive Ku Klux Klan joke

Khloe Kardashian landed herself in some hot water after she posted a photo on Instagram on Tuesday. This time, it wasn't the photo itself that was scandalous, but it was what was written on that got some social media users upset.

The text below the picture read, "The only KKK to ever let black men in." She was referring to the Kardashian clan as all their names start with the letter 'K'.

Khloe captioned the pic, "True," which also has sisters Kim and Kourtney in the shot.

Kardashian's meme makes light of Khloe and Kim Kardashian's relationships with black men - as well as their love for all things that start with the letter "K."

The youngest Kardashian sister was previously married to NBA player Lamar Odom before they separated in 2013, and Kim Kardashian, who became famous after making a sex tape with rapper Ray J, is now married to Kanye West.

Khloe's sister's longtime love, Scott Disick, also posted the meme, with the caption "And a Jew."

Khloe hasn't explicitly commented on the reaction, but some believe one of her recent Instagram posts is an attempt at an apology.

"We're all equally f****d up," says the photo in the post, which was shared Monday. "Some only hide it better."
