NASA had another hard blow after the third cargo mission to the International Space Station exploded.

The SpaceX was an unmanned rocket carrying docking port designed for future commercial crew capsules, a new space suit and a water filtration system.

NASA has launched this unmanned rocket to supply essentials for the three person crew on board the station.

The SpaceX exploded after two minutes into flight from Cape Canaveral, Florida. A billowing white cloud emerged in the sky, growing bigger and bigger before fiery plumes shot out. The Space X exploded and the pieces of the rocket were seen falling into the Atlantic Ocean.

NASA officials have said that there are sufficient essentials for the three crew on board, and will fetch them till October. NASA has planned to send three more crew member up in a late July launch.

William Gerstenmaier, NASA's top spaceflight official said at a press conference, "We're good from a food and water standpoint".
