Ben Affleck Divorce Rumors: Actor's Absence and "Vices" Forcing Jennifer Garner Into Full Custody Battle?

After nearly 10 years of marriage, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner might be headed for a divorce. According to the latest rumors, the couple is on the last leg of their marriage.

"Where there's smoke, there's fire," one insider said to US Weekly. "The marriage is in trouble."

Another source added that Affleck, 42 and Garner, 43, "have had problems from the very beginning" and these problems are finally taking a toll on the marriage. The same source stated that Garner is fed up with Affleck's "vices," such as alcohol and gambling, and will not stay with him despite their three children - Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6 and Samuel, 3.

"But there's only so much she can do," a source stated. "There comes a point where she just has to take care of herself and the children."

RadarOnline reported that Affleck have been sneaking off to Las Vegas. The "Gone Girl" actor has also allegedly moved out of their home and is living at a hotel.

"Ben is hardly around," an insider revealed. "He comes home for a little, and then has to jet off to another project."

Another source said, "They speak in short, direct sentences to each other. They can be passive-aggressive and dismissive."

Despite all the rumors and the sources, ET is confirming that the couple is not headed for a divorce. ET sources claimed that Affleck and Garner "are fine." They are reportedly planning out the summer together as a family. Jessica Wedemeyer told ET last month that it is not unusual to see a couple living apart when working.

"It's not unusual for couples to be apart when one is on set, however Ben has been spotted in Santa Monica -- their home base -- several times in the last month by himself, so it's a little odd that they haven't been seen together when they're so close to home," Wedemeyer said. "Ben and Jennifer reportedly spent her last birthday apart. He was actually photographed the day before her birthday without his wedding ring, however he was in Canada shooting a film, so it's not that unusual."

Affleck and Garner have been the subject of divorce rumors for years now. The couple should be celebrating their 10th anniversary on June 29.
