A San Fransisco based startup has unveiled a smart oven that is able to automatically recognize the food you put in will cook it perfectly every time.

The oven, named June, is big enough to fit larger items like pizzas and roasts. It is equipped with five-inch touch screen display, digital scale and Nvidia processors.

The oven sports a wide-angle HD camera inside that is used in combination with machine intelligence algorithms to detect the type of food put in the oven and time required to cook.

According to the company, the oven can "recognizes a set of common foods," including meats and bread and will get more robust in the coming future as it would get over the air updates.

"Right now we are experts in steak, chicken, white fish, salmon, bacon, cookie dough, brownie mix, toast, bagels, and hamburger buns," June's CEO and cofounder, Matt Van Horn, told The Verge.

The oven has a companion app that keeps tabs on the progress of your dish and sends alerts when items are done or close to being done. The app can also be used as remote control to adjust the oven temperature or shut it down entirely.

The app also has a curated collection of recipes to help users plan meals.

Price

June oven costs $1,495 during pre-order and will cost $2,995 after July 10.
