Kris Jenner News: Cuts Daughters Off at Age 14
Kylie Jenner might appear to be living the high life because of her famous siblings, but in a recent interview she talks about she had to be a responsible 17-year-old.
Her mother Kris Jenner stopped giving her money at the age of 14 and she has had to manage her own finances ever since.
"My mom [Kris Jenner] cut me off financially three years ago so I pay for everything-my car, my gas and food as well as my clothes," she revealed. "There are so many outfits I bought in the past that I just think now are NOT cute-but there's not very much I can do about it!"
Even as Kylie is the youngest in the family, she is already a millionaire according to reports by the Huffington Post. She recently purchased a $2.5 million mansion and drives $125,000 Mercedes.
Apart from being one of the stars on 'Keeping up with the Kardashians' she has a clothing line with PacSun and is also the brand ambassador of Nip + Fab skincare.
While she may be used to a life of luxury, Kylie does stress that material things do not mean everything to her.
During an interview to Fault Magazine, she said, "I'm not materialistic. I love clothes and all that stuff, but I don't need it to live. I feel like, not that I've had everything, but once you feel you've had everything at a young age, you can either go down a path of being spoiled and self-centered, or you see it isn't everything."
