'Guardians Of The Galaxy 2' Movie News: Zoe Saldana Calls Chris Pratt a "Bastard" for Knowing More About The Upcoming Sequel Than She Does [Video]
Chris Pratt is the only cast member of the Marvel's "Guardians of the Galaxy" who has heard he first plot details about the 2017 sequel from writer/director James Gunn. And clearly Zoe Saldana is jealous.
After Saldana presented Guy of the Year to her Guardians of the Galaxy co-star during the Spike TV Guys' Choice Awards Saturday, she spoke to MTV and during the chat, Pratt popped by to say hello, which lead to little drama.
Interviewer Josh Horowitz asked Saldana, "[Chris] has read the latest draft. Have you?" A shocked Saldana asked Pratt, "You read it?! You're lying! [James] showed it to you? Let me get my phone. I'm calling James Gunn right now. That bastard!"
"I have not read it! There's this thing going around about how I cried after reading the draft. The truth is I cried just hearing the pitch," she added.
The co-stars play interspecies love interests Star-Lord and Gamora (he's human, she's an alien) in the upcoming Guardians Of The Galaxy sequel.
The Spike TV Guys' Choice Awards airs Jun 18 at 9 p.m. ET.
Guardians Of The Galaxy 2 is releasing in 2017.
