The first image of Bruce Jenner fully transformed into a woman has been released.

The 65-year-old Olympian, who has fully transitioned into Caitlyn, graces the cover of the July issue of Vanity Fair. The only headline on the cover reads, "Call me Caitlyn."

The piece that chronicles her journey into becoming a woman as well as her family's reaction is written by Buzz Bissinger. The cover shot, which debuts Caitlyn in white lingerie, was taken by Annie Leibovitz at Caitlyn's home in Malibu.

"If I was lying on my deathbed and I had kept this secret and never ever did anything about it, I would be lying there saying, 'You just blew your entire life,'" Jenner said to Bissinger.

The last time Jenner spoke with the media was in April, when she was still Bruce. At that time, she went on ABC's Diane Sawyer to tell the world about living the majority of her life as a man when she knew deep down that she was a woman.

Jenner also appeared on the reality TV show, "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," this season when she was still Bruce. The season followed Jenner's story as well as how his family reacted and accepted him for whoever he wanted to become. However, he never revealed his new identity and new name on the show.
