Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are finally expecting baby No. 2!
After sharing their conception and fertility difficulties throughout this season of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," the couple revealed in the midseason finale that the 34-year-old mother of one is pregnant again.
In the promo for next season that aired during Sunday night's finale episode, Kim told younger sister, Khloe Kardashian, "I just got the blood test back, and I am pregnant."
Kim and Kanye have not commented about the pregnancy since it was revealed. Kim's mother, Kris Jenner, however, posted a picture of the couple with a sweet message.

After the birth of their daughter, North West, Kim and Kanye have openly shared their struggles to conceive a second child. Throughout this season, Kim saw a fertility doctor multiple times and underwent a surgery to increase her chances of getting pregnant.
Back in January, the reality TV star said, "It's been more challenging to get pregnant the second time around. When you're not planning it, it happens. It's just how God works. And when you want it so bad, it's not happening."
"You can't try harder than we try," Kim said to E! News. "It's getting exhausting. He always says, 'Trying for baby No. 2 isn't as fun as trying to baby No. 1.'"
Rumors were circulating that the couple was thinking about surrogacy. However, they no longer need to.
The couple has expressed their desire to have more children.
"Kim and Kanye love being parents," a source close to Kardashian told PEOPLE. "And they love spending as much time as they can at home with the family."
North, who goes by Nori, turns two in June.
"Keeping Up with the Kardashians" returns in the fall.
