When Taylor Swift is not breaking records with her music, she is inadvertently saving lives.

A teenager named Avery Talbot wrote a long post on Swift's website stating that the "1989" singer's concert LED wristbands her three friends' lives. According to the post, Talbot said that her friends, sisters Elizabeth and Caroline Dazzio, and Emma were heading home from Swift's concert in Baton Rouge, Louisiana when one of the sisters fell asleep behind the wheel.

The three of them ended up in a car accident. Although they were okay, they were stranded in the dark. Two of their phones were dead and the third one could not be found in the totaled car.

Talbot wrote, "When the two girls in the back realized they could not receive help, one of their bracelets flashed ... They started tapping the bracelets to the windows & eventually a lady pulled aside to help and call 911. She [Elizabeth] said without those bracelets they probably would have not been seen."

According to WBRZ, the car accident happened near the I-110/Scenic Highway exit.

Swift tweeted her response to the story.
