The King of Pop's Neverland Ranch in Santa Ynez Valley is now up for sale and is being listed at $100 million according to reports from the Wall Street Journal.

The sprawling 2700 acre property is studded, which is sycamore and oak trees has 2 lakes, a 6 bedroom house, guest houses, 50 seat movie theatre and even a train station.

Jackson brought the property in 1988 and called it the Neverland Ranch inspired by fantasy story of Peter Pan.

The singer then went on to add an amusement park and a zoo in the property which were eventually removed.

During an investigation over child molestation charges against Jackson, authorities raided the ranch in the 2004.

He then refused to return to ranch when he was acquitted of those charges the following year.

Following his death in 2009, the state of the property continued to be in limbo until recent efforts were made to put it on sale.

The realtors are planning to lay out an 'extensive prequalification' for all interested buyers before they are given a tour of the property. This is primarily being done to keep fans off the estate.
