Tanya Set to Make Mortal Kombat Reappearance in June

Makers of Mortal Kombat X, NetherRealm are set to release a Tanya DLC to keep avid gamers hooked to the game.

According to Ubergizmo, the DLC could be released early June. Though no dates were mentioned, the reported expressed confidence that the character which appeared in previous Mortal Kombat titles, will reappear. Tanya had last appeared in Mortal Kombat 4. Her reappearance in Mortal Kombat X is being credited to her finishing moves.

"Tanya's finishers and updated design were recently revealed in a patch for Mortal Kombat X. Very little else is known about this returning character who last appeared in Mortal Kombat Armageddon. Alongside Tanya, NetherRealm Studios will release a trio of costumes for Kano, Sonya Blade, and Liu Kang. Other names that could be introduced with Tanya include Tremor and Predator, all part of a Kombat pack. Rain, Sindel and Baraka were made available after the game's launch earlier this year.
