'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' About Bruce, Part 1 Recap: Khloe Feels Bruce is Being Insensitive to Her Feelings

"Keeping Up With The Kardashians" debuts its first part of a special segment called "About Bruce (Part 1)" in which Bruce Jenner opens up about his decision to transition into a woman. His family comes around him and offer him support during this sensitive time.

As seen on Keeping Up with the Kardashians: About Bruce, Kendall and Khloé's upset feelings were not due to the transition itself, but because they felt the father they've known and love will suddenly be "gone" from their lives.

"I love you," said Bruce. "I'm not going anywhere. It's not like all of a sudden I'm abandoning you ... I apologize if I didn't communicate well enough."

The subject of the special focuses on their 65-year-old father Bruce Jenner, who last month revealed in an interview with Diane Sawyer on 20/20 that he identifies as female.

Khloé, 30, was particularly upset. "We want you to do what makes you happy," Khloé told her stepfather. "We're gonna support you and be there for you, but you have to be honest with us, even if it hurts you, because it's going to hurt all of us. This hurts us more."

Bruce replied by saying that "Kendall and Kylie are the only ones I'm really concerned about."

Khloé was taken aback, telling KUWTK cameras: "When I think about this whole thing, I considered my emotions just as important as Kendall or Kylie's. I've known Bruce longer than than Kendall and Kylie have, if you want to put it out there! Yes, we're not blood, but I know it's still my dad."

To Bruce, she said, "I think we're all passionate and emotional. I think I'm pretty darn close with you. ... If you're so concerned, shouldn't Kendall and Kylie have the opportunity to say goodbye?"

Bruce and his daughters went on to resolve the misunderstanding.

Kylie and Kendall Jenner appeared at the Billboard Music Awards and were asked their thoughts on their fathers transition.

"Honestly, I've never seen him happier and that alone makes me so happy," the 19-year-old told E! co-host Giuliana Rancic. "To see him happy and see him staying so strong and see him thinking about his kids..."

When asked if she's happy that he's finally "living his truth," she added: "Most definitely."

Khloe has even bought Bruce some new shoes - in size 13 - the first set is a pair of red patent leather heels. She's worried she'll use the wrong terminology and offend someone but says this is all new. She says she's fine with him dressing as a woman and wants him to be happy.
