Bobbi Kristina Brown Update: Court Appoints Father, Aunt as Co-Guardians
The court has appointed Bobby Brown and Pat Houston as co-guardians of Bobbi Kristina Brown, the ailing daughter of the late singer, Whitney Houston.
According to the joint statement released by Brown and Houston, the father and aunt of Bobbi Kristina, they will have the responsibly of making decisions in regards to Bobbi's health and medical needs. The statement also revealed that lawyer Bedelia Hargove will be the conservator over Bobbi Kristina's assists.
"Both parties are delighted with the court's decision and are working harmoniously to ensure Krissi receives the best possible medical care. We are appreciative of the manner in which Judge Jeryl Debra Rosh handled this matter," the statement read.
Bobbi Kristina, 22, was found unconscious in her Georgia home on Jan. 31. She was taken to the hospital where doctors put her into a medically induced coma. Bobbi Kristina was moved to an undisclosed location when she was taken out of her coma. Bobbi Kristina reportedly opened her eyes. However, according to her grandmother, Cissy Houston, Bobbi Kristina suffered from irreversible brain damage
