Google is likely to unveil the next version of its mobile operating system - Android M, at the upcoming Google I/O this year.

The search giant released the schedule for its annual developers conference where it's expected to preview Android M.

Google did not directly mention it, but 9to5Google spotted some text under the Android for Work Update Session referencing to the android operating system:

"Android M is bringing the power of Android to all kinds of workplaces. This opens huge new markets for hundreds of millions of devices to workers at small business, deskless workers, logistics and warehousing jobs; all be empowered by adoption of Android devices at Work."

However its appears that Google has removed the text since.

If Google unveils Android M, it will be the 10th major update to the operating system since it was first released six years ago in 2008.
