A Baltimore protestor wore a t-shirt that said: "F**k the police". He walked right upto the cops and said: "Arrest me, I'm right here."

It was after 22:00 local time, much past the curfew imposed by the police on Saturday night, according to rt.

The police just pointed some pepper at him and sprayed his face at near point-blank range. But the man just continued to stand with his arms by his side and his face dripping with oleoresin capsicum, as more cops rushed up to arrest him.

One policeman grabbed his dreadlocks and yanked him backwards down on the street.

Other cops sprayed pepper spray towards more citizens who rushed in to record the arrest.

All of them had been standing during the 10 p.m. curfew for three days, according to photographyisnotacrime.

He was then pulled to the ground by the hair and dragged away by three cops. He did not seem to be resisting the police.

They later poured water in his eyes to ease out the pepper.

The protests over the Freddie Gray death continue in Baltimore. This is the latest part of the "Black Lives Matter" strikes after the African American deaths in Ferguson, New York, and Cleveland.

On Friday, Maryland State's Attorney Marilyn J. Mosby said that criminal charges against all six police officers in the arrest of Freddie Gray, which she said was "a homicide" and "an illegal arrest" have been filed.

"The findings of our comprehensive, thorough and independent investigation, coupled with the medical examiner's determination that Mr. Gray's death was a homicide ‒ which we received today ‒ has led us to believe that we have probably cause to file criminal charges," she said.
